Kelly grew up in California and attended Humboldt State University on a basketball scholarship. After graduation, she played professional basketball for one season with the London Mets. She holds a BS and MS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Teaching/Coaching and recently completed a Masters in Performance and Sport Psychology. In addition, Kelly traveled to Goa, India to complete a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification. She brings to the AnamBliss team more ten years as a trainer, college coach, hiking guide, group fitness instructor, and yoga teacher. You’ll find her getting more stamps in her passport, writing, and sweating. Her favorite obsession is her beautiful daughter, Ireland.
